Intra-group trades exempted from reporting obligation

November 2015 - Good news for those having group-internal derivative transactions with Canadian subsidiaries - the OSCB has pusblished an amendment to the the COMMISSION RULE 91-507 in which they have stipulated that group-internal ('inter-affiliate') trades will not have to be reported to a trade repository.
